Like all hotels in Maldives we also have setbacks. However we are willing to engage in a democratic process for betterment of our employees. Universal Resorts Maldives have the financial capacity unlike any other resort owner in Maldives.
Universal is the worst in terms of staff welfare. The staff dont have good facilities in the resorts, transport, laundry, accomodation, etc are very poor. My advice- dont go to work there

This is an organization that discriminates expat staff. Its not about the financial capacity. Its all about humanity!
