But a word of caution for those already working in resorts…. Most employers are wary of their staff using their own resources (office computers, wifi network etc) to seek job from other employers. Its understandable but equally understandable is the fact that employers shall also address the issues which makes the employees seek other jobs in the first place. A happy employee shall find no reason to seek jobs elsewhere. So instead of blocking access to internet or job sites, employers shall make the work and living environments of the staff fun and enjoyable.
